Gender Critical Feminism
Feminism is the movement to liberate women from patriarchy. We stand up for the rights of women to control our own bodies as individuals and to control women-only spaces as a class.
Women are adult human females. We do not believe that men can become women by 'feeling' like women or 'identifying' as women. We condemn the erasure of females and female-only spaces, the silencing of critical thinking, the cancelling of feminists and critics, the denial of biological reality and of sex-based oppression. We oppose the 'cotton ceiling' and the pressure on lesbians to have sex with men. Women are oppressed to exploit their biological sex characteristics, and women have a right to a movement that is about their own liberation from that oppression. We resist the redefinition of both "women" and "feminism" to make them serve men.

The man seems to be a state legislator and the woman is an ACLU... lawyer? staff?
He asks if she would support a "women's" team consisting entirely of biological male transwomen. She panics, asks him to repeat the question to buy time, then doubles down on "TWAW, TGAG, we will support their rights".
And yes, she appears very much so to be a biological woman, nothing TIM like about her. I too wonder how women get to this point... I also wonder if at that moment something clicked inside her brain? Maybe I'm just a hopeless optimist
Yup. That's basically the clip. A dude asks a woman if she supports all TIM sports teams, and she asks for clarification. So he does, and she gives a slightly evasive answer. But the chairperson (or whoever is moderating this session of whatever) just goes: "I'll put that down as a 'yes.'"
You should watch it though. She's like a deer in headlights when asked this question. "So let's fast forward 20 years when maybe it's not so rare..."

Wow WTF. What about the civil liberties of women and girls? This makes me so angry. For so many girls sports scholarships are their way out of their small towns; how many girls will lose out because of these policies?
Trans-identified males can still play on men's teams, where they're not height, skeletal, musculature, testosterone-level aberrations. They aren't being excluded from that participation. This isn't about fair and equal access--this is solely about validation for a socially-constructed identity.
