Sounds super healthy! Is this true or are they making it up?

Uh...I am pretty sure losing height is not a good thing, if that is actually happening see a doctor.

Uh, they all sound absolutely freaking delusional. They want it to be true so very badly. The mind can really be convincing. Major spine curvature or bone loss would be huge and clinically significant in such short time frames. Aka: they full of shit like always. About as real as their trans periods.

And btw, it was super creepy how a number of them were literally obsessing over their sister’s sizes and height. Yuck. Dudes, you’re all still taller than your sisters. Stop being creeps.

It’s also creepy when they say they despise their sisters for being born girls. I was lurking on r/MtF a bit yesterday and that seems to be pretty common.

That’s disturbing. Of course Reddit allows posts like that because being a creepy, misogynistic incel TiM is their brand.

TIMs lie about everything all the time. Their bone density actually increases from taking cross-sex hormones.

Next these guys will be claiming they have "dowager's hump." After that, they'll no doubt claim that falling and getting a fractured hip is a sign of super femininity.

In actuality, most of them will end up with dementia and completely forget their woman costumes all together 🙃 That alone proves how shallow gender bullshit actually is.

It's because they hunch over in an attempt to be girly uwu. Tons of posts on trans subs from TIMs angsting about how they'll never be able to change their height or broad shoulders.

[–] SueGen 1 points (+1|-0)

Hunching over is surely going to make them more attractive.

He's full of shit but curvature of the spine can make someone seem shorter, and that can be caused by osteoporosis. So it could happen to someone. But he says he's only been poisoning his body since April. If the poison were that potent, it would be really visible in the trans population by now and very few of them would still be able to walk.

Edit:

https://osteoporosis.ca/height-loss/

If these men were telling the truth about the amount of height lost, it would mean the bones in their backs were breaking, and sooner or later they'd end up paralysed.

He probably lied about being over 6 feet when he was a man and now that he’s a woman he lies about being “petite.”

[–] Srfthrowaway 9 points (+9|-0)

They would be in so much pain. Compression fractures are no joke.

There’s quite a few threads that mention it. Some TIMs say it’s possible, other TIMs say it’s not. Either way it certainly isn’t “magic”.

ETA: thanks for the link!

Yeah, I can believe it's sometimes a thing because we see it as part of the ageing process, so it looks like some of them are ageing their bodies faster and making themselves ill. Their feet are not shrinking, though; that is not a thing. They may have bought shoes from a shop with different sizing.

[–] crispycherrypie 26 points (+26|-0)

Osteoporosis can cause bone shrinkage, so I could believe it.

[–] visits_radio 2 points (+2|-0)

Doesn't taking estrogen prevents osteoporosis?

If it's caused by low estrogen, then yes. Hormonal imbalance can cause all kinds of issues, also depending on the sex. That's probably why cross-sex HRT for trans patients isn't even tested for efficacy and safety, because it would fail those tests.

[–] crispycherrypie 4 points (+4|-0)

I don't know enough to answer that. I know there's no way it isn't making men who give themselves unnaturally high doses of it sick.

But let's be honest, TIMs are lying about their heights as part of their fetish so it doesn't really matter.

Remember Donna and his shrinking feet? 😂

That wasn’t the Donna from Feministe, was it? One of the horrible brutes who helped drive the women commenters away from We Hunted the Mammoth?

[–] TrainingBluejay 0 points (+0|-0) Edited

I think that's a different Donna. The Donna I'm referring to is a frequent poster on r/MTF and was an oft-featured guest-star on the original r/itsafetish subreddit.

I can’t believe they’re happy about it. ‘Yay my bones are shrinking uwu’

It’s not a good thing!

They' re happy about inverting their penises, which is quite frankly one of the most horrifying surgeries I have ever read about.

I can believe they are happy about osteoporosis, as well.

Yeah… Curiosity got the best of me and I looked it up. The pictures are horrifying to say the least. But I think HRT is more common with AGPs than inverted penises are. They seem to hold on to those for the most part.

[–] yikesforever 15 points (+15|-0)

Gender dysphoria is a mental health condition (even if they deny it), it's not a normal healthy mental state of mind to be in.

I'll be happy for them tho. Go get that unhealthy body AGPs! :D

My first thought was actually that it would make them less of a threat. But the majority of TIMs are way bigger than women regardless of, erm … shrinkage.
