I found this part interesting, 'Legal standards allow independent schools to teach creationism as part of a belief system, but also say "it should not be presented as having a similar or superior evidence base to scientific theories".'
As transgender ideology is a belief system I wonder if it will ever get challenged like this.

It certainly should! Fingers crossed...
It won't get challenged. It's hilarious how the leftists who hold onto backwards belief of gender religion laugh at the right wing religious types.
Transgender ideology is basically a religion and I'm surprised nobody has challenged it for that reason. It's tenets hinge entirely on belief/faith that sex can be altered through the power of feelings. Hell, creationism has more basis in fact than being trans. We cannot 100% know how the world was created because none of us were there. But there are objective measures we can use right now to prove that Bruce Jenner is still a male.
IMO, teaching this trans shit to kids and telling them they MUST accept a man in a dress as a woman is no different than indoctrinating them to believe that anyone who doesn't accept Christ as their savior is going to hell.
Worse, imo.
